Terms of Service

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between QA Note (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of the QA annotation platform service (hereinafter "Service") provided by the Company.

1. "Service" refers to the web-based QA annotation, issue tracking, screenshot capture, 세션 리플레이, and related features provided by the Company.
2. "User" refers to a person who uses the Service in accordance with these Terms.
3. "Organization" refers to a unit created by the user within the Service to manage projects and members.
4. "Content" refers to screenshots, annotations, issues, comments, and other materials uploaded or created by the user through the Service.

1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service screen or communicated to users through other means.
2. The Company may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable laws, and will provide at least 7 days' notice prior to any changes.
3. If a user does not agree to the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw their account.

1. The Company provides the following services:
   • Website QA annotation and issue tracking
   • Screenshot capture and annotation tools
   • 세션 리플레이
   • Chrome extension and embeddable widget
   • Integration with external services such as GitHub and Slack
   • AI-based issue analysis
2. The scope of service provision may vary depending on the plan (Solo, Pro, Enterprise).

1. The service agreement is formed when the user agrees to these Terms and completes registration.
2. The Company may reject registration in the following cases:
   • Using another person's information
   • Providing false information
   • Registering for fraudulent purposes

1. Fees and payment methods for paid services are specified on the pricing page within the Service.
2. Users pay monthly or annual fees according to the selected plan.
3. Payment is supported through credit card and debit card payments via PortOne.
4. Upon subscription cancellation, the Service may be used until the end of the current billing period.
5. Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the payment date.

1. Users must use the Service only for legitimate purposes.
2. Users must not upload content that infringes on the rights of others.
3. Users must not engage in activities that interfere with the stable operation of the Service.
4. Users must securely manage their account credentials.
5. Users must not mass-invoke AI features through automated bots or scripts, or abuse them for purposes other than QA work. Detailed terms are governed by the AI Fair Use Policy.

1. The Company may modify the Service after prior notice for service improvement purposes.
2. The Company may temporarily suspend the Service due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or system failures.

1. The Company is not responsible for service disruptions caused by circumstances attributable to the user.
2. The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of information obtained by users through the Service.
3. The Company bears no special obligation to compensate for free services.

1. Disputes regarding these Terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. The competent court for litigation related to Service use shall be the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location.

1. Users have the right to export their data upon termination of the service agreement (account deletion, plan cancellation, etc.).
2. The Company provides a 30-day data download period after contract termination, after which data cannot be recovered.
3. Data export is provided in JSON and CSV formats.
4. In the event of complete service discontinuation, the Company will provide at least 90 days' advance notice and allow sufficient time for users to transfer their data.

1. All intellectual property rights in the Service's software, design, logo, trademarks, and other elements belong to the Company.
2. Ownership of content (screenshots, annotations, issues, etc.) uploaded or created by users through the Service belongs to the users.
3. The Company uses user content solely for the purpose of providing the Service and does not use it for marketing or AI model training.
4. Users must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from the Service.

1. The Company provides AI-based issue analysis features (automatic reproduction step generation, root cause analysis).
2. For AI analysis, technical metadata of issues (console log summaries, network request metadata, user action logs) is transmitted to the OpenAI API.
3. Data transmitted via the OpenAI API is not used for AI model training in accordance with OpenAI's policies.
4. The Company does not use user data for training its own AI models.
5. AI analysis results are for reference only; accuracy is not guaranteed.
6. AI analysis can be disabled in project settings.
7. AI feature usage is subject to plan-specific limits and the AI Fair Use Policy. Technical safeguards (rate limiting) are applied per user and per organization to ensure service stability. AI features may be temporarily restricted if abnormal usage is detected.

1. The Chrome Extension is used solely for QA annotation and issue registration purposes.
2. Browser permissions requested by the Extension are used for the following purposes:
   • activeTab: Screenshot capture of the current tab
   • storage: Storing authentication information and user settings
   • contextMenus: Quick issue registration from the right-click menu
   • scripting: Overlaying annotation UI on the page
